Asia Argento was born in Rome, Italy, into an extended family of actors and filmmakers, both occupations which she herself has been pursuing. In 2003 she was in Vin Diesel and Rob Cohen's action thriller. Asia is also the author of a number of short stories which have appeared in prestigious magazines.
